Q. How do I make a custom order?
A. Nearly all are signs are fully customisable and most elements in them can be changed. If you find a design you like but want changes simply leave those changes at the checkout under additional information. You can also upload your own design/images at the checkout. This includes any “mock up” we may have sent.
Q. How much is a custom design?
A. They are the same price – we only charge for production not design.
Q. How long does it take for delivery?
A. Current processing time is shown on the website. This is the time from placing your order until we pass over the completed item to our carrier. They then take around 2 to 3 days for delivery – however this can be up to 5 days.
Q. My order has been processed and I have tracking details but it shows as not received yet?
A. We process your order in advance which includes the delivery charge. It can take a few days for full production and we pass over your completed order to the carrier.
