Damaged, defective, or incorrect products received

We have 30 days return policy. If you are not happy with your products or want to return then you have to do it in 30 days after receiving the products.

If an item arrives and it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect it may be eligible for a refund and may need to be returned. We reserve the right to replace rather than a refund.  Any attempt to return goods unless specifically agreed will result in an administration charge being applied.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We cannot accept returns for bespoke prints if you have made an error with your order or artwork. In order to exercise your right of return, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: Admin@barsigns.uk and we will go through the process.

If you are required to return an item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and getting the return label. This condition will apply to both defective products and customer remorse.

Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification are not covered by distance selling regulations.
However, If your item will be faulty, it will be replaced for no restocking fee. (we reserve the right to replace rather than a refund). The customer has to bear the actual shipping cost of return. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. There is no restocking fee for a refund. The shipping costs should be carried by the customer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
