We do use courier services as well as Royal Mail. At busy periods please allow more than 5 days in service.

We don’t as standard practice supply a preview prior to dispatch unless specifically requested at the time of order.

Where possible we do use a tracked/insured service. Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong such as damages and items getting lost. We will endeavor in these circumstances to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation to your account registered email. This email will outline the estimated processing time for your order. Our typical order processing time is 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday) and the estimated shipping time is 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri).
